The company is always striving to stay ahead of the curve and be at the forefront of the industry. We are helping them to appoint a Learning Lead for Technology Function based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of TM, the Learning Lead for Technology Function will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies to keep up with the rapidly changing digital landscape. The role will lead the digital learning agenda by designing and developing innovative digital learning programs. Other key responsibilities include identifying learning needs, developing a learning and development roadmap, collaborating with subject matter experts, evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs, and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning.  

The Individual

The ideal individual should be experienced in designing and delivering digital learning programs. They should have in-depth knowledge of digital learning methodologies and tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The individual should also have a strong passion for learning and development and be able to drive change within the organisation.
