The Company

This global multinational organisation is well-renowned within their industry and equally recognised for their HR best practices. Thanks to continued growth and success, they are looking to bring an experienced HRBP to join the regional team.

The Role

Based in Frankfurt, this Regional HRBP will work closely with the Head of HR to create strong talent management programs in line with global policies to focus on building strengths and developing leadership teams within the region for a population of approximately 4,000. The business model will involve working with shared service centres and COEs to roll out policies and best practices across the region.  

The Individual

We are looking for a business focused senior HR business partner with significant experience within complex matrix global organisations. You are familiar with managing multiple sites within a region and bring proven success in developing talent programs for your employee populations. Fluent business level German is mandatory for this role.
