Joining a 30,000-strong population across more than 50 countries, this Senior Manager of L&OD will be based in Vietnam but will also be involved with business across South East Asia and will play a key role in ensuring great success of the company.
Reporting to the SEA HR Director, you will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop learning strategies to build capabilities and engagement that drives performance and results. The individual will design and roll-out milestone programmes for managers and core development learning programmes for all employees. This role will provide support at the local level in customisation and modification of programmes to ensure effectiveness at the local setting.
The successful role-holder will be credible, results-driven, and a team player with proven experience in successfully navigating a complex, multi-culture matrix structure. The individual will also excel in ambiguity and embrace change and innovation at every turn. It is essential to build trust with all levels and demographics of employees and stakeholders, not just leadership. You will demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactile experience in the design and implementation of learning programmes.
