With a planned IPO on the horizon, the company is well placed to achieve its goals. This role could be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle.
The Global Vice President of Total Rewards is a key member of the global ELT and HRLT. Reporting to the CHRO and running a dynamic team across multiple geographies, the individual will design and deliver a comprehensive total rewards strategy. Key will be preparing the organization for an IPO and to drive strategies which enable the organization to be competitive in terms of talent attraction, performance and development. There is a desire to bring talent and rewards closer together in an effort to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing. Key duties are; executive compensation and equity program activities, including analysis, and reporting to the board, shareholders, and management. Broad-based compensation, harmonizing where possible and driving innovations around benefits are also key.
For this position, we require a globally/internationally experienced C&B leader with a previous track record of taking private companies through an IPO process. The individual should be well versed in best practice Rewards programs and bring a proven track record of driving innovations across both compensation and benefits offerings. Deep experience in executive compensation, including design, analysis, and administration, both cash and equity is essential. Previous experience in preparing materials and presenting to the Compensation Committee is desirable. In such a dynamic and fast-paced environment, verve and a desire to help bring organizations to the next level are key. You must be analytics driven to use HR data to draw conclusions to support key decisions.
