This opportunity based in Tokyo, will look after the commercial side of the business and focus on performance management, and general as well as leadership development. As a core member of the Japan HR team, the HR Business Lead will play a critical role in planning and stimulating the development and delivery of the organisational capabilities. These capabilities are required for the sustained achievement of current and future business goals in line with the ultimate organisational strategies. The role will also drive the reinforcement of the progressive corporate culture. You will partner with the head of HR, business leaders, and the region to create and execute many exciting growth initiatives.
An HR generalist with a strong passion in performance management and organisational development will be key for this role. Someone who can operate well in a local staff population of approximately 200-300. Pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Hands-on experience of working with line management as HR Business Partner is a must.
