Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Programs, the Global Head of Executive Search will provide the strategic leadership and business partnership to the global executive team.
The Global Head of Executive Search will provide the vision and leadership to execute on the global talent needs at the top level of the company to support business growth and drive performance. This is a key talent acquisition role with exposure across the organization, this person will be responsible for the end-to-end executive recruitment function. Designing and implementing strategies to identify and attract senior level talent to the organization, the Global Head of Executive Search will also partner closely with external vendors and external search partners to ensure best-in-class talent is being delivered. In addition, this position works in close collaboration with total rewards to design competitive offers to candidates, leveraging deep understanding of global markets and portfolio of executive compensation elements.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is preferred). In addition, 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition and executive search experience, ideally in the life sciences industry. Exceptional communication and executive presence skills are necessary as is previous exposure to working with executive leadership teams and preferably board exposure. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with others in high-pressure environments and a proven track record in being highly effective in ambiguous environments.
