The Company

We are delighted to partner with a leading multinational organisation to appoint a Senior HR Leader to support its expanding portfolio of international joint venture partnerships. As the company strengthens its global presence, particularly across Asia and Europe, this strategic role will play a vital part in shaping cross-border people strategies and enabling workforce transformation. The position can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Centre of Excellence, this newly created role will lead the design and execution of people strategies across key joint venture operations. Key priorities include harmonising HR practices, aligning grading and performance frameworks, and embedding consistent talent strategies across markets. The successful individual will partner closely with local HR teams, ensuring global alignment while respecting regional operating models and regulatory nuances.

The Individual

We are looking for a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years’ experience, and a proven track record in joint venture partnerships, HR transformation, and cross-border workforce planning. Adept at navigating complex matrix environments, this individual should bring a collaborative leadership style, cultural agility, and commercial acumen. They should thrive in high-growth, transformative environments and are motivated by the opportunity to drive scalable impact at a global level.
