Our client is a leading global software business focussed around media technology and analytics. It has an established international footprint and an on-going acquisition agenda creating positive change and providing new, best in class offerings. With ambitious objectives set, we are now leading the search to identify a People & Transformation Leader to be based in Copenhagen with regular travel to the EMIA HQ in London
Partnering closely with the CEO and reporting directly to the VP HR, EMIA, this high profile role will initially require you to focus on the smooth integration of a newly acquired business into the global operation; then a shift to developing a world class modern HR function as part of an EMIA-wide HR transformation. High on the agenda will be the HR service delivery model, talent acquisition and the HRBP team across the region.
To be successful you will be a proven hands-on international HR leader with large-scale business transformation/change experience; including M&A integration and HR service delivery strategy. Organised and ‘future focused’, you should be comfortable in ambiguity, fast pace and complexity. Knowledge of the technology market would be preferred but there is flexibility on sector for the right person as long as they have had exposure within a high growth business.
