Our client is a well-established American multinational transportation and business solutions company. This highly respected organisation is known for their speed, customer orientation, innovation and “people-first” approach.

The Role

The Regional HR Director, IMEA will oversee the complete people strategy across India, Middle East and Africa to enable business goals via strategic HR interventions for the geographically and culturally diverse workforce. The incumbent will be responsible for building a strong employee engagement and talent strategy to build future capabilities for the organisation and streamline best in class HR practices to make it into a compelling employer brand across the region. Based in Mumbai, India, the Regional HR Director, IMEA will lead a 40 member HR team, with eight direct reports across the region, and manage a workforce of 6000. This role reports to the VP HR who oversees Asia, Middle East and Africa and is a very high achieving, progressive leader.  

The Individual

The organisation is looking for a progressive HR leader with commercial acumen and IMEA region experience in a HR leadership role, partnering closely with the business. The successful candidate should bring deep expertise in HR transformation, talent, and engagement strategy to the table, along with a global mindset and strong people leadership skills.
