Reporting to the Global VP for HR, the role is part of the AMEA leadership. Priorities include strengthening the company’s HR processes and capabilities, leading cultural change and supporting the company’s growth plans. With a seat at the table, the HRD will actively participate in regional and global leadership discussions and projects.
To succeed, you will need demonstrated ability to support regional growth including your leadership in driving organisational change and cultural alignment. Experience in developing greenfield sites, strong understanding of business metrics and well-honed relationships and influencing skills are key to success in this role. Within a mid-sized organisation, you must also be willing to roll up your sleeves in HR operational matters.
