Our client is one of the world’s leading reinsurance companies, headquartered in Europe.
This role is a HR Generalist role and will support the IT portfolio. The IT population sits in Singapore and Sydney and their Leadership Team will be moving from Australia to Singapore this year. As such, the role will have a big focus on business transformation, organisation design and change. This role will report directly to the HRD based in Singapore and will manage HR operations, analytics, organizational design, planning and strategic projects.
The successful role-holder should have excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. They need to have advanced interpersonal skills to influence and guide all levels of employees. They must be a self-starter with change management and strategic thinking skill-sets. They will need to have gravitas while remaining humble and be prepared to roll up their sleeves when needed.
