The Company

We are partnering with a multinational manufacturing organisation. As the company continues to transform its business, they are looking for a People & Culture Lead for this cluster which includes manufacturing facilities in Turkey and Eastern Europe.

The Role

The People & Culture Lead, Turkey & Eastern Europe will lead all HR operations and have strategic and coordinating HR responsibilities for manufacturing. This role will be responsible for local business partners in the factories and will also be part of the factory leadership team. The main responsibilities include supporting and advising leadership and employees on transforming the people function towards a modern, people-focused, and digital HR organisation. The role will also encourage simplification and unification of processes and further develop a collaborative and dynamic company culture. They will manage a team and report functionally to the factory GM.  

The Individual

Qualified candidates will have at least ten years of business partnering experience in a senior role. They will be strong across the fundamentals of HR and have operational and strategic HR skills. They will also have experience in project management and proven coaching and change management experience in a transformational environment. Must speak fluent English and Turkish.
