We are excited to be partnering with this rapidly growing, global distribution company in their search for a Senior Vice President (SVP), HR Operations. Reporting to the CHRO, this newly created role will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable HR systems and processes for this company which is going to more than triple in size over the next few years, primarily through acquisitions. This will include international expansion.
Reporting to the CHRO, the SVP HR Operations will be a key member of the HR leadership team and will be responsible for developing an implementing a full suite of HR processes and systems that support the overarching HR strategy and are scalable to meet the needs of a rapidly growing organization. They will develop and implement the business case and strategy for a shared services organization to support a global company. In addition, this role will have ownership of the HRIS function and will build a team and structure that provides seamless connectivity across all functions of HR and also to other business systems. They will be responsible for building a high-performing team that delivers a superior service to the business.
Qualified individuals will have more than 15 years leadership experience in HR operations roles. They will have led a significant build or transformation in a global organization. With strong business acumen, this person will have demonstrated experience in building the HR operations strategy from scratch and implementing scalable systems and building a shared services organization that delivers a clear ROI to the business. They will have a strong background in HRIS and experience in leading the implementation of a new system. Used to working in a fast-paced environment, this person will have outstanding project management skills and well developed influencing skills.
