A well-established APAC headquartered, multinational corporation, our client is renowned for their dedication to innovation and prioritising customer satisfaction. They are looking to identify a HR Director, Strategy to support the CHRO office.
A varied and interesting role which requires a motivated and experienced HR Director who is able to add value and support our clients’ next stage evolution. Collaborating with the senior leadership team to develop and implement/own HR initiatives, including organisation design and transformation, enhance and implement advanced technology solutions, this role will also take ownership for high level internal communications.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the key to success in this role will be strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Up to date on emerging trends and best practices in HR strategy, the ideal Individual will bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team in order to drive continuous improvement. Human Capital Management experience from a Tier One Consultancy would be interesting.
