Based in Hanoi, this critical role will partner closely with the Country GM, and act as a trusted advisor to support the growth of the business in Vietnam. The Head of HR will translate the group strategy to country priorities that will enable HR to drive the people agenda and build a performance-driven culture.
This individual will have an accomplished background in HR business partnering and HR management, with strong business acumen and experience shaping a rapidly growing organisation. It will be important to be a proactive leader who can work with multiple stakeholders and drive change. This is a highly people-oriented organisation, so the ability to build good rapport and relationships with maturity, gravitas, and humanity would be key to being successful in this role. Previous experience in a highly matrixed global organisation would serve you well.
