An opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Rewards Lead to join the team in Brisbane or Sydney.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director and Global Head of Rewards, this Rewards Lead will be responsible for end-to-end compensation, benefits, and mobility for the Australian employees of which there are around 2,000. With one junior rewards team member, this Rewards Lead will bring best practice to the business by setting up job gradings and pay structures and improving all aspects of the annual bonus and rewards processes. This person will have the opportunity to leverage excellence from the global COE and bring more progressive ideas to the local business. It is a broad role that will also include governance and systems projects.
The successful person will possess strong experience in rewards in large multinational companies, mobility, best practice rewards knowledge, excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence senior executives and drive change and improvements.
