Based in Singapore, this newly-created position will be supporting a rapidly expanding business. You will sit on the HR regional leadership team and partner closely with the business leader. The mandate for the role is to focus on strategic workforce planning, talent, engagement programs and performance cycles. You will be building the culture for a fast-growing business and also responsible for growing the technology innovation hub in Singapore.
We are looking for a strong HR Generalist who can operate and influence in a high-touch environment. Relevant experience in the technology industry will be preferred, but we would also look broadly so long as you are comfortable in innovative and fast-paced setups. You will need to be collaborative, agile and bring a positive attitude to building culture and capability. An intelligent and aspirational HR leader is what we are looking for.
