We are delighted to be working with a global organisation in the FMCG sector. They are one of the largest conglomerates in their area and a long-time market leader, with over 25,000 employees worldwide.
This is a newly created role is as a result of a company-wide global HR transformation which focused on reviewing their operating model and aligning their processes globally. The role will report to the Global CHRO and work with HR teams around the world to drive the transformation agenda and to build and lead the HR Service Delivery team. The role will set up, develop, and implement this new service delivery model. It will build the processes, team capabilities and necessary infrastructure to deliver a seamless transition to this newly established HR Service Delivery function.
You are a well-rounded HR leader with experience from established MNC environments. Ideally you should have relevant experience in starting and managing an HR shared services team. You are a self-starter who is highly self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious with a good track record in change and team management. Your success will depend on your ability to educate, influence and bring your business, HR stakeholders and employees on board this transformation journey.
