This mid-size organisation is a very well-known brand in the industry, and due to a recent transformation has now increased its global coverage in the sector even further. As a reputable technology manufacturer with a long history and solid growth plans, they are looking for a seasoned HR Director to drive the HR strategy across the DACH region.
This is a double-hat role with multiple stakeholders. The individual will be acting as a strategic HR Business Partner leading both HRBP teams and HR Shared Services (HRSS); services in payroll and the administrative support in Austria and Switzerland. The role will also have responsibility for HR Business Partners in Germany from AS DACH. This role is providing HR support & services to around 1,600 employees across the region.
The individual will be a seasoned HR Generalist with a background in working for fast-paced multinational organisations. They will have experience in HR transformations and corporate governance around M&A activity. Due to the regional coverage and populations, the individual must be fluent in German (ideally Swiss German) and have knowledge of local labour laws across the DACH region.
