With a significant and positive shift in strategy, we are now leading the search to identify a driven and talented Rewards and Performance specialist to support the transformation.
This is a newly created role and will require you to design and drive a global rewards and performance framework as programme lead; as well as crucially implementing and rolling out Workday. With a global remit across all 100 markets, there will be a real projects-focus in terms of best in class frameworks, structure and systems. Initially you would come onboard on an interim 18 month contract, and there would be flexibility on a European location.
To be successful, you will be a proven rewards expert across compensation, benefits and performance. Deep Europe knowledge will be particularly useful in addition to more global exposure and time spent consulting would be strongly preferred. Workday experience would be ideal and you should be comfortable operating in a COE, individual contributor, virtual-type environment whilst influencing through a matrix structure.
