The HR Business Lead Global mainly supports the group that drives its mission in developing scalable, impactful and inclusive businesses. It also covers Corporate Communications and Sustainability teams.
The role encompasses all aspects of business partnering including a strategic component. The appointee will drive talent management strategies, working in tandem with global specialists and local HR. It includes coordinating and managing workforce analysis and planning, talent sourcing and attraction strategies, rewards & recognition, performance and progression to develop employees to meet corporate goals. Operating within a fast paced and growing business, the appointee must have demonstrated ability in managing a VUCA environment. Agility, curiosity, commercial savvy and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. With a broad geography, organisational skills and ability to interact well across diverse cultures and multiple levels are imperative.
