Our client is a highly successful Fortune 500 organization that has a strong history in working in the industrial chemicals space. The global company has thousands of employees with strong growth across business lines, providing highly specialized solutions to its client base. In addition, the company has a strong view towards bringing innovation into its HR function, and will look to hire its first ever Lead, Labor Market Intelligence & Talent Analytics professional to support capability.

The Role

The role will report to the Director, Talent Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning, and have one direct report. It carries global responsibility to design and build predictive models, deliver talent data analytics and insightful dashboards, and support a wide range of HR initiatives through an analytics lens. This role will partner with the broader Talent CoE, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders around the world to identify opportunities for – and design – statistical models that predict talent capability. Incumbents in this role will serve as the enterprise data expert on labor market analytics, using predictive trends and competitive intelligence, to guide the business in ensuring that the right talent is available at the right time to meet business objectives.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have a combination of people analytics/quantitative skills as well as working knowledge of HR processes and functions. Experience with using data to develop reports and support decision making is a must. Demonstrated knowledge in predictive analytics will be key, particularly in building predictive models using data. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be required to manage direct reports and projects and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.
