The Company
We are delighted to be representing a highly regarded household brand name within the FMCG industry. This organization is striving to become the global leader in its sector by offering customers an unrivalled selection of sustainable and ethically sourced products. It has embarked on a pan-organization workforce transformation journey, to spearhead future leadership capabilities and employee skills that will be required to achieve this vision.
The Role
Based in Hong Kong, reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, this newly created and highly visible COE role will lead on all aspects of the Talent Management and Organization Development function at group-level. The role will focus on assessing and diagnosing talent and organizational needs, designing an approach to delivering an innovative platform and driving necessary transformational change. The successful role-holder will provide strong thought leadership, direction and coaching to the business leaders, and execution of the talent and culture roadmap.
The Individual
This individual should be confident, secure and self-aware, but also modest and appreciative of the need to understand and validate the existing culture with a sensitive change management strategy. The ability to think independently, be self-motivated, and able to coordinate resources to affect the targeted result is essential. The successful role-holder will bring significant expertise in leading the talent and OD agenda, ideally gained within an allied industry sector. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is essential, due to the large employee population across the Greater-China region.
