The Role

The company is on a growth trajectory and intends to double its size in the next 3 years. They are looking for a seasoned HR leader to create a high-performance culture to enable this growth through a strong talent agenda and high engagement levels. With a direct team of 7, spread across the country, the Country HR Manager will report into the regional leadership in Hong Kong.  

The Individual

The successful candidate will be a great people leader with more than 15 years’ experience, covering HR and IR, in manufacturing organisations. They need to have a very good understanding of a matrix structure and excellent stakeholder management abilities. Someone who enjoys teamwork, and likes to enable success through others would be a strong fit.
