We are delighted to be representing a leading global brand in the consumer goods industry. The company has a long history in Japan, in what is one of their most important markets globally.
The Role
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Head of HR will work closely with the country manager, key stakeholders, and the regional and global HR team to drive organisational transformation to take the company to the next stage of their growth. The Head of HR will perform a critical and highly visible HR leadership role and work as a strategic business partner supporting all HR initiatives from both a strategic and operational perspective.
The Individual
Acting as a trusted HR advisor to the senior leadership team you will demonstrate strong HR Business Partnering capabilities, advising on all aspects of people strategy and organisational design for a large, complex, global organisation. You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of best-in-class HR programmes including – but not limited to – talent management, talent acquisition, change/performance management, leadership development and learning, and DE&I. Demonstrating strong change management skills and the ability to successfully drive workforce, structural and digital transformation you will ensure the organisation’s readiness for the next stage in their growth. Experience in large, global organisations in the consumer goods and retail industries is preferred but not essential.
