The Role

The HR Head for Japan will manage a mid to large size team while also ensuring longer term initiatives for the business are met to match the expected growth of the company. The individual will also be deeply involved with strategic business and planning.

The Individual

Over 10 years of experience in a strategic HR role in Japan or APAC. They must speak fluent English and Japanese and be able to communicate HR strategy and policies to the Sr Management team.
