The Company

Our client is a global Consumer/Beverages company headquartered in the US. They have iconic brands and strong growth in the Japan market. This role is located in their Tokyo office.

The Role

The HR Director serves as an influential and strategic HR business partner to the Japan organisation and facilitates the execution of business strategies through people and organisational development. This role ensures the business goals, objectives and initiatives are supported through the execution of HR strategies, policies and procedures, in close collaboration with the Japan Leadership team and HR Director Asia. Initially there will is mnage one HR Manager in the team with future expansion expected.  

The Individual

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background within the any consumer sector and have the ability to communicate both locally and regionally. You will work closely with the local General Manager as a strategic partner and be a key player for the business growth. The ideal candidate will be an assertive leader and to be able to build strong relationships regionally whilst being a trusted advisor to senior leaders and leadership teams. You will need to support the business vision and strategic priorities driving awareness and initiatives.
