The Company

Our client is a leading professional services provider company in APAC headquartered in Singapore. Their office in Japan in located in Yokohama and have a hybrid working environment. They are experiencing continuous growth in Japan and will have 500 staff by 2023.

The Role

The operations/payroll leader will manage a team of three payroll specialists. This function is currently transitioning from using external vendors to an internal model. The team is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in accordance with the company policies and ensures correct and timely pay-outs. It will be responsible for monthly statutory submissions, preparing reconciliation, payroll and other relevant reports to finance. It will generate all payroll related reports and employees Pay-slips/tax forms, verification and distribution.  

The Individual

We are searching for an individual with several years of experience in the payroll. Hands-on working experience in payroll software applications (example: SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll OR other payroll software) will be a definite advantage.
