The Company

Our client is a major Japanese manufacturer supplying the construction industry. They are a mid-to-large size organisation with a global presence.

The Role

The C&B Manager is a newly created role and will work with key business leaders on C&B initiatives. This position will play an active part in global C&B transformation projects and work with other HR functions to help streamline and optimise HR operations. This is for someone who is interested in helping the company transform into a truly global organisation.

The Individual

The role requires an individual who is an expert in C&B ideally previous involved in C&B transformational projects. You will have excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.

This is a great opportunity to take lead in this newly formed position, utilising language skills to be a truly global player in the HR function. The C&B Manager will have active exposure to both the head of Total Rewards locally and with the Global function as well. There are multiple career paths within C&B and within other functions of HR.
