Amy is an award-winning Mental Health, Health & Well-being consultant with more than 20 years of experience. She coaches organisations of all sizes, putting into place evidence-based, measurable and sustainable strategies which are as innovative as they are effective. Amy specialises in designing strategic programmes as well as the skills and experience to implement them. She combines a clinical background with a wealth of experience and finely tuned intuition.
