Innovation in Human Capital and the HR Startup Space

Stephanie Nash, Chief People Officer with ChapmanCG and Global Head of Chapman Ventures, shares the trends she’s seeing in the HR tech startup space at the recent HR Leaders Programme, hosted by the Human Capital Leadership Institute, at The Hilton Hotel Singapore. Stephanie was invited to join a panel on The Future of HR with Aileen Tan, Group Chief HR Officer at Singtel, and Rahul Kalia Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at BayerCrop Science.

Stephanie also joined the institute for the HCLI Trailblazer series (designed to showcase Asia’s foremost thinkers, leaders, and innovators). In this video, she addresses the question;

“What do you see in the HR tech startup space, which predicts trends to come?”

Stephanie is an accomplished human resources leader with more than two decades’ experience living and working in Asia, Australia, South America, and the United States. Stephanie has previously worked at BHP Billiton, Microsoft, and Allergan as well as serving as the Chief People Officer for a successful Singapore based ‘start-up’ recently acquired by Lazada-Alibaba.

Thank you to the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) for the video.
