Organisations continue to adjust to the world that is slowly but surely emerging from the shadows of the pandemic and making the most of opportunities in rebounding economies and tackling numerous challenges owing to hyper uncertainty in a business context.

Diana Khaitova, Regional Director at CCL, will share findings of their newly concluded research Navigating the New Normal: Accelerating Leadership Success in Asia gathered from in-depth interviews with CHROs and Heads of HR mainly across Asia and focusing on what does the ‘next to normal’ mean for businesses and HR, particularly its impact on leadership development initiatives in organisations.

Katherine Qu and Finian Toh, Managing Directors at ChapmanCG, together with key Asia based HR leaders will also be joining Diana, for a panel discussion sharing their insights, best practices and creative ideas on how the last two years has reframed the leadership development model and approach in organisations, and what lessons have been learnt as they strive to develop their cadre of future-ready leaders.
