The HR market is in a constant state of change and ambiguity as China’s business landscape moves rapidly into the future. Before joining ChapmanCG, JoJo held a corporate Talent Acquisition Role of Leadership hiring with Apple Retail in China. She entered the recruitment industry in 2011 with a focus on HR search. In the HR community, she provides consultative service with an authentic approach and builds a long-term relationship with every HR she knows from the network. Earlier in her career, JoJo gained extensive experience in business development in big MNC. She earned a Diploma in Corporate Coaching and Leadership Development from The University of Hong Kong, and she also has credentials from the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
JoJo is a keen traveller who enjoys adventure sports and scuba diving. In her free time, JoJo enjoys spending quality time with her two young children.

Katherine is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG, based in Singapore. She works with the global team to identify top HR talent across Asia, North America, and Europe.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Katherine started her own executive search business in Beijing, which focused on senior executive roles for leading Chinese companies in the consumer, healthcare and real estate industries. Subsequently, Katherine held positions with Hudson and Charterhouse Partnership, a boutique executive search firm based in Singapore. Katherine has also had extensive industry experience across different sectors with global leaders such as Pepsi, Pfizer, and Lenovo.
Katherine was born in China and was educated in both China and the United States, achieving her Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She has worked in China, Singapore and the United States, and speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.

Tracy is a Hong Kong-based Director with ChapmanCG. Through significant in-depth research and leveraging regional and global HR contacts, she identifies HR talents across Asia Pacific for strategic HR appointments, with a spotlight on HR leadership roles across all sectors in markets including Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Malaysia and Singapore.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Tracy worked for a leading national education firm where she was responsible for client management and business development, with a strong focus on both regional and global hiring. She managed the end-to-end onboarding process of high-caliber candidates, while overseeing the consistency of corporate branding. Her passion to foster strong client relationships, combined with a focus on economics, helped to drive revenue growth across tangential markets in her previous employment.
Before relocating to Hong Kong, Tracy resided in Singapore, and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore. She is an avid traveller and has backpacked across Europe and the US, and has also visited other regions. Passion mixed with compassion aptly sums up her outlook towards life.
