The Company

Our client is a global market leader in their space and already one of Europe’s fastest growing technology companies. Headquartered in Berlin and with significant funding from world-class investors, they are looking for a hands-on strategic Chief People Officer to scale up HR teams and develop human capital internationally.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and founder, the Chief People Officer will manage a team of seasoned HR professionals in different regions. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy for this global organisation, supporting the continued growth and expansion, as well as focusing on upgrading people initiatives, talent development, and elevating the culture and engagement. The role is based in Berlin.  

The Individual

This role needs an experienced HR leader from within the technology industry, ideally familiar with fast-growth, scale-up environments. With a “people first” mindset, you will have significant leadership experience including managing teams across multiple geographical locations. You are someone who is driven by the continued success and growth of the organisation as a direct result of your actions and ability to design best-in-class HR programs. You should also have the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects in a changing and evolving environment. A background in human capital consulting is highly desirable.
