This is a private equity-backed organisation that promotes innovation and constant product development, providing clients with customised and flexible solutions. They are looking for a Global Head of Rewards to join their team as part of an exciting transformation and growth journey.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate HR, the Global Head of Rewards will be an integral person responsible for designing and implementing compensation & benefits policies and programs that attract and retain top talent and build and lead a comprehensive Rewards team. The role and the managed team will fully support the organisation’s growth, and talent retention, aligning with the company’s overall business goals globally. The role encompasses a broad range of topics, including job evaluations, salary reviews, job grading, employee benefits, external market research, organisational structure, and all aspects of C&B-related complexities.
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a fast-spaced, performance-driven environment in a Rewards capacity with a solid track record of implementing successful compensation and benefits programs across regions and driving positive transformation and continuous improvement. They should be familiar with partnering effectively with all levels of management, board of directors, and employees as well as external partners and consultants. Affinity to modern, agile, and digital approaches is highly valuable. German and English proficiencies are required.
