Regionally headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a leading global alternate investment management firm in Asia-Pacific led by a highly experienced management team operating across credit, private equity and real estate businesses.
The Regional HR Business Partner, VP, will provide HR advisory to business managers and employees, manage employee relations and performance issues; facilitate new employee onboarding and exits; screen and interview candidates; facilitate core processes related to headcount planning, performance management, compensation, promotions, transfers and learning and development initiatives. The Regional HRBP, VP, will also lead projects involving policy and program development, and be involved in strategic HR efforts including acquisitions and the establishment of new offices in future.
We are looking for an individual with solid working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, benefits, talent development strategies, organisational planning and design, employee relations, performance management, and employment law. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is process-oriented and comfortable functioning independently in a fast-paced environment. They need to have strong relationship skills and previous HR experience in a high-growth asset management or financial services organisation.
