The Role

The P&C Director will be an influential and pivotal member of the DACH Cluster Leadership Team, responsible for the delivery of strategic goals and the operational execution of the P&C Strategy. The role will report jointly to the General Manager DACH and the P&C Director, Europe Region. The People & Culture Director will have the combined P&C responsibility for the cluster DACH and the position of Labour Director and Board Member for Germany.  

The Individual

This individual will have significant HR/P&C leadership experience at a senior Business Partner level with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative people management solutions at an operational, tactical and strategic level. Thorough knowledge of P&C procedures and German employment law will be required with fluent German and English language skills. They must have strong leadership capabilities, along with the proven ability to coach and motivate teams in all aspects of performance. In additional they will need strategic thinking capabilities with strong commercial acumen and strong influencing and communication skills with ability to build sustainable internal and external relationships. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders all at the same time whilst producing high quality output will be important. They should be resilient, empathetic with a high ambiguity tolerance.
