The Company

ChapmanCG is representing a multinational healthcare company that is looking to hire this critical role in Shanghai, China. It is a well-known organisation which is growing fast globally as well as regionally.

The Role

Based in Shanghai, this newly created role will lead the people and culture agenda for mainland China across different business units and function groups. You will play a critical leadership role within the organisation, in driving a strong employer brand and continuously scaling-up the business. The business is constantly undergoing significant changes and growth, so a true HR leader with strong business acumen and leadership capability is needed. It is also a highly matrix organisation that requires someone with strong influencing and stakeholder management capability. The successful role-holder will be highly visible within the organisation, both locally and internationally.  

The Individual

We would like to engage with progressive and commercial HR business partners/leaders, with proven expertise in scaling an organisation. An authentic people leader and coach, you will be a credible, agile, and astute professional, regarded as a true and trusted advisor to your leadership peer group. This role requires a future-focused HR expert, passionate about talent, building teams, culture, and customers. Experience in integrations, transformation and change management will be important, as well as strong business acumen. You need to be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
