We are working with an international high-tech corporation that is going through a significant transformation in line with meeting it’s growth and sustainability targets. With almost 50,000 employees, in a truly global environment the company has a diverse focus across industries like mobile technology and sustainable energy generation.
Based in Geneva, the Head of Compensation will lead this area for all employees globally. The mission is to support the development and growth of existing employees and support leading edge attraction and retention strategies in an industry that is experiencing a fierce war for talent.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years in a key leadership role in HR or Rewards with expertise in the cash compensation arena. This person must have experience from an international environment working in large, complex MNC environments. Must be comfortable working through the matrix preferably in a business known for leading edge people and rewards led orientation.
