This role is for an HRBP to partner the technology function, reporting directly to the HR Director of Technology for the Asia region. This role is responsible for developing and implementing talent training and development strategies and initiatives that are aligned with new technology and business priorities and contribute to the development of a diverse IT and Technology population. In addition, this person will work closely with the global IT function and division level in driving Learning for All, an initiative aimed at reaching the company’s global goal of upskilling IT/Technology employees, including the creation and management of flexible and digital learning practices.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating the Technology transformation. You will have a strong understanding of the following: digital IT, Cloud, AI, design thinking, agile, Blockchain, Data, IOT and Cyber Security. You are a strong HRBP with good communication skills and with knowledge of various digital tools, such as LMS platforms and new learning technologies. In addition, you have contributed to the design and development of a holistic people and culture strategy specific to a designated area of the business. You have demonstrated proficiency in advising leaders in organisational design and development and are agile, and able to shift gears at a moment’s notice including strong cross-cultural agility. You are resilient, autonomous, and able to achieve results in a fast-changing environment.
