We are representing a global manufacturing leader headquartered in Europe that specialises in the construction industry. They are well regarded for their innovation, commitment to excellence, and high-performance culture. Our client is looking for a senior Global HR Business Partner to join one of their core business units, responsible for all global HR topics.

The Role

The Global HR Business Partner is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CHRO with a dotted line to the business units on board level. This is a highly visible and crucial position to senior stakeholders globally. The Global HR Business Partner will be an integral part of the global HR team as a sparring partner to the business and to drive excellence in HR processes, focusing on organisation effectiveness and talent management.  

The Individual

You will bring minimum 15 years’ solid HR leadership and business partnering experience in global, fast-paced, matrixed organisations. You should have a track record of driving positive transformation and partnering effectively with C-suite level management, board of directors, and business leaders. Profound experience with key HR processes such as organisation design, talent management, succession planning, employee development and workforce planning is essential. Business fluency in English is required, German proficiency is an advantage.
