This International organisation is part of an industrial powerhouse and known as being a major leader in its field in some parts of the world and as a niche provider in others. The business has diversified over the years through mergers and acquisitions and has recently gone through some major organisational growth and is looking at new more relevant structure moving forward. We have worked with this business across various other regions and are delighted to be helping them again as they look for an innovative and business focussed ER lead. The role will be ideally based in Amsterdam but for the right person could be based in neighbouring countries.
Reporting to the Head of ER, this role will have team responsibility for all things ER related globally including the design of a pioneering modernisation and labour excellence optimisation projects to say the least. It will be part of a small team within a larger business hence the support of a larger COE styled operation in a significantly sized and fast growing business.
You will have experience in diverse, fast paced and large complex matrix environments ideally blue collar and technically specialist arenas. This role requires an international operator, so you will need extensive experience internationally or at least European regional experience, ideally having have worked in the FMCG, manufacturing or distribution industries. Your recent work will show you have also held business or HR Business partner roles and your career will have seen you move through the ER/IR ranks ideally having had roles in diversified industries. Most importantly you will need to be a someone that can influence and manage stakeholders across a complex and ever-changing growth business so experience in redefining business and ER strategies will also be seen as an advantage. You could well be an ER career dedicated expert of equally have spent time in HR Partnering roles with a passion in progressive ER.
