Nicola Hasling has joined ChapmanCG as a Director following her 12-year tenure at Heidrick & Struggles International. Based in Houston, United States, Nicola will work with the global senior leadership team to expand ChapmanCG’s US footprint and deepen the company’s capability and service offering to US-based global clients.
ChapmanCG President Stefanie Cross-Wilson said: “We are very excited to have Nicola join us. She brings a wealth of experience in executive search, including superior technical capability and a deep knowledge of the HR profession within the United States and internationally.”
At Heidrick & Struggles, Nicola was a core member of the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources, CEO and Board of Directors, Private Equity and CHRO practices.
She has over 15 years’ experience in executive search, including managing the Houston office of a United Kingdom-based search firm and conducting senior-level search assignments across the US and Europe. Prior to her career in search, Nicola worked in human resources management roles, corporate sales and for the Diplomatic Service in London and Prague.
At ChapmanCG, Nicola works on US-based country, regional and global HR searches for leading multinational organizations across a range of industries.
