Ben Davies, EMEA Managing Director for ChapmanCG was recently invited to attend the Global ERC summit in London as a panel leader. The topic of Managing Mobility in challenging locations was discussed by the panel and moderated by John Pfeiffer, Head of Processes and Product Reward at E.ON.
Future trends in talent management and mobility, the challenges of global compensation and rewards, the impact of big data and managing expatriate diversity were discussed at length. Interestingly, recent terror attacks in Europe have meant organisations need to be prepared to answer questions on more than compensation and opportunity alone when moving talent. Crisis management as well as discussions on safety in locations not usually considered in this way is now starting to factor into conversations.
Panellists:
- Siobhan Cummins, Leader of Mobility Performance Improvement for EMEIA, EY
- Ben Davies, Managing Director – EMEA, ChapmanCG
- Sigrid Nauwelaerts, Regional Director, Talent Mobility – EMEA, Johnson & Johnson
- Mike Piker, Vice President – Global Total Rewards & HR Technology, Naspers Limited
Moderator:
- John Pfeiffer, Head of Processes & Products Reward, Center of Competence Reward, E.ON
