As new markets emerge, businesses jump at the opportunity to develop new revenue sources, but an entry strategy that works in one market doesn’t always work in another.
With so many new markets emerging in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, they’ve finally gained a seat at the strategy table. More business leaders are accepting that to succeed, they can no longer take the top-down (or West to East) approach, but they must listen to and introduce ideas that originate from these markets.
