This was a search to fill a prestigious role to oversee a complex portfolio of more than 20 emerging markets in various regions, including Asia Pacific, the Gulf, Africa, and Latin America. The role involves managing multiple business lines and provides an excellent opportunity for growth and expansion. The ideal candidate would be a strong and inspiring leader who could manage a team across different markets, preferably with a background in healthcare and with international/global experience. The company was particularly interested in Asian talent.
The search was challenging due to the strict confidentiality requirement. We narrowed our focus to strong Asian talents worldwide and worked closely with the hiring manager to ensure we were on track with market mapping and our target list. We searched for both experienced talents who could fulfill the criteria and start immediately and promising talents who were ready to grow within the company.
