We were approached by a global leading manufacturer of medical devices serving an attractive and growing market. The group is currently present in 100 countries and employs over 14,000 people. A sharp dip in activity in April 2020 due to the pandemic was followed by a swift recovery, reflecting the market’s strong fundamentals.

Challenge

The challenge was finding an experienced international leader who could build a holistic talent acquisition, development, leadership, and culture function in a major, growing multinational corporation focused on innovation and international expansion. During the search, the company decided to combine talent acquisition, management, and leadership development into one talent function to reflect the growing demand for talent and the need to ensure strong collaboration between talent-related teams.
