The European Rewards Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing Total Rewards solutions for European needs in alignment with company-wide Total Rewards philosophy. The Head of Talent Acquisition is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing a broad and strategically important hiring remit spanning technical, product and corporate capability areas. The role will lead the design and execution of hiring approaches across a highly specialised environment, with a clear mandate to improve consistency, speed and quality of appointments. A central focus will be moving the organisation toward earlier workforce planning, stronger internal capability, and reduced reliance on external sourcing partners. Working closely with senior leaders, this position will play a key role in shaping how hiring demand is defined, challenged and delivered. It will also help embed more modern, data informed approaches to selection and introduce greater use of emerging digital tools to improve recruitment effectiveness. The role leads a dispersed team and requires a balance of leadership and direct involvement in select senior appointments.

Reporting to both the Regional Managing Director and the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, the EMEA Head of HR will serve as the senior HR leader for a geographically diverse employee population of approximately 2,000 employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role combines strategic HR leadership with transformation execution and will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive regional people strategy aligned with business objectives. Working closely with country HR teams, business leaders, and global Centres of Excellence, this position will drive greater consistency in HR governance, talent practices, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee experience across the region. A key component of the role will involve leading the transformation of the regional HR function, including the harmonisation of processes, implementation of HR technology solutions, strengthening HR capability, and embedding a more integrated operating model. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence both regional and global people priorities.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Culture, the Head of Talent Management will lead the design and execution of the organisation's global Talent Management agenda. This is a newly created role with significant visibility and influence across the enterprise. The position will be responsible for developing a modern and integrated talent framework encompassing succession planning, leadership development, high-potential identification, career growth, and internal mobility. Working closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders globally, the role will ensure talent strategies align with organisational priorities and future workforce needs.
