Reporting to the CFO, the SVP & Chief Accounting officer will lead an international team of over 200. This person will be responsible for the global accounting function including the controller organization, internal controls, and financial reporting. As part of the organization wide transformation the Chief Accounting Officer will focus on driving efficiencies through process improvement and the adoption of new technologies, including AI. In addition, they will lead the Shared Services function ensuring processes support expansion into new market. They will partner with the Tax function to ensure compliance with all federal and international tax laws, as well was working closely with Treasury and FP&A to ensure accurate reporting across the finance function.

Reporting to the VP Human Resources, with a dotted-line relationship to the Product Line Director, the HR Business Partner will support approximately 600 employees across Germany, Bulgaria, and Denmark while leading a team of six HR professionals. As a member of the Product Line Leadership Team, the role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with hands-on execution, partnering closely with operational leaders to align people strategy with business priorities. The position will play a key role in organisational transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, employee relations, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business decisions while supporting major transformation initiatives, HR process improvements, and the continued development of leadership capability across the product line.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, the VP HR Operations will serve as a trusted partner playing a critical role in shaping and delivering the people agenda during a period of significant transformation and growth. As the organisation continues to integrate legacy businesses and build a scalable operating model, this role will lead the evolution of HR Operations across EMEA and APAC, driving operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the infrastructure, governance and processes required to support a modern, high-performing HR function while partnering closely with business leaders to enable organisational change. A key priority will be the expansion of shared services capabilities, leveraging the existing Porto Shared Service Centre to establish a broader, multi-functional hub supporting the wider organisation. In parallel, the role will lead the transformation of payroll and HR operations across Europe, including the implementation of a new payroll provider, consolidation of legacy operating models, establishment of regional service hubs, and the introduction of consistent governance, controls and service standards. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring an experienced HR operations executive who is comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced international environment.

The SVP Internal Audit will be based in Panama and report directly to the Audit Committee, while partnering closely with the CFO and senior global leadership team. This highly visible role leads a globally dispersed audit organization and oversees enterprise-wide internal audit, SOX, risk, compliance, and technology audit activities across the company’s international operations. The role combines strategic leadership with oversight across financial, operational, and technology environments, including ERP, POS, logistics, HR systems, cybersecurity, IT general controls, data integrity, and broader enterprise risk initiatives. This position will play a key role supporting the company’s ongoing transformation and modernization efforts across a fast-evolving global business.

Reporting to both the Regional Managing Director and the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, the EMEA Head of HR will serve as the senior HR leader for a geographically diverse employee population of approximately 2,000 employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role combines strategic HR leadership with transformation execution and will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive regional people strategy aligned with business objectives. Working closely with country HR teams, business leaders, and global Centres of Excellence, this position will drive greater consistency in HR governance, talent practices, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee experience across the region. A key component of the role will involve leading the transformation of the regional HR function, including the harmonisation of processes, implementation of HR technology solutions, strengthening HR capability, and embedding a more integrated operating model. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence both regional and global people priorities.

Reporting to the CFO, the SVP, Treasury will be responsible for the company’s global treasury function. This includes liquidity management, credit facilities, project finance, capital markets activity and FX management. The finance function is going through a significant transformation, and the SVP Treasury will be responsible for driving change through process improvement and technology enhancements.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Culture, the Head of Talent Management will lead the design and execution of the organisation's global Talent Management agenda. This is a newly created role with significant visibility and influence across the enterprise. The position will be responsible for developing a modern and integrated talent framework encompassing succession planning, leadership development, high-potential identification, career growth, and internal mobility. Working closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders globally, the role will ensure talent strategies align with organisational priorities and future workforce needs. Based in KL, Malaysia, the Head of C&B will lead the transformation of the HR operating model and build shared services capabilities in Malaysia. The role requires strong shared service operations expertise with comprehensive APAC operations oversight, and capabilities in Workday implementation as well as payroll globalisation across the region.
