Driving the execution of talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and employee engagement. Championing a culture of safety, well-being, and continuous improvement through HR programs aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles. As well as promoting employee engagement and internal communications to foster a positive and inclusive workplace climate.

The Head of Compensation & Benefits for Greater China is a strategic leadership position with dual reporting lines to both the Global Head of C&B and the Greater China Chief Human Resources Officer. As a core member of the China leadership team and the global C&B Centre of Excellence, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing the regional rewards strategy. This position leads a dedicated specialist C&B team for Greater China, driving initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The role is further supported by operations functions for related administrative and executional matters, allowing a focus on high-impact strategic design and alignment.

This is the Greater China HR Vice President role, a senior strategic position with high visibility across both global and regional leadership.
