Reporting to the CFO, the SVP, Treasury will be responsible for the company’s global treasury function. This includes liquidity management, credit facilities, project finance, capital markets activity and FX management. The finance function is going through a significant transformation, and the SVP Treasury will be responsible for driving change through process improvement and technology enhancements. This role offers a base salary of $300,000-$350,000 along with bonus, LTI and competitive benefits package.

The Head of Labour Relations reports to the CPO EMEA and leads the labour law and works council function for the German entity landscape. The mandate combines two dimensions: building an overarching, proactive works council engagement strategy for the organisation, and managing the operational realities that come with it — from day-to-day works council matters to collective bargaining. A near-term priority is post-close integration following a significant restructuring, where the incoming leader will act as the primary interface to works council bodies and drive consolidation of the existing works agreement landscape. The role combines substantive collective bargaining and co-determination responsibility with strategic advisory work, reflecting the weight this function carries within the organisation.

As the HR Head for China, this role will be leading a matrixed team to manage the end-to-end HR function including but not limited to HR business partnering, recruitment, talent development, operations and HR systems. This is a highly strategic yet operational leadership position, with a clear mandate to build scalable HR infrastructure, strengthen governance and processes, and develop the operating capabilities required to support the organisation's continued international growth and increasing complexity.

The Global Head of Payroll is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading the end-to-end payroll function on a global scale. The position will drive the transformation and build-out of a robust, scalable payroll operating model, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple regions and jurisdictions. Reporting into the CHRO for the market, the role will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on employee relations, workforce issues, and broader HR initiatives. A key focus will be on strengthening ER frameworks and governance, while embedding best practices in people management and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a hands-on, commercially minded HR professional who can operate independently, influence at senior levels, and balance both strategic partnering and execution in a fast-paced environment.

The SVP Internal Audit will be based in Panama and report directly to the Audit Committee, while partnering closely with the CFO and senior global leadership team. This highly visible role leads a globally dispersed audit organization and oversees enterprise-wide internal audit, SOX, risk, compliance, and technology audit activities across the company’s international operations. The role combines strategic leadership with oversight across financial, operational, and technology environments, including ERP, POS, logistics, HR systems, cybersecurity, IT general controls, data integrity, and broader enterprise risk initiatives. This position will play a key role supporting the company’s ongoing transformation and modernization efforts across a fast-evolving global business.

Reporting to the Global Head of People Strategy, the Head of Talent and Search Lead will shape and drive the executive talent and succession agenda for the organisation’s most senior leadership population. Combining strategic design with hands-on delivery, the role will oversee both internal talent pipelines and external executive recruitment to ensure future-ready succession and leadership continuity. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders - including ExCo and enterprise leadership - the position will lead the development of an integrated talent strategy, bringing together succession planning, leadership assessment, workforce planning and executive search. It will oversee a globally dispersed team, building capability, implementing best-practice methodologies, and aligning talent initiatives with wider business priorities. This is a high-impact leadership role with a mandate to design a best-in-class function, influence top-level decision-making, and shape the future leadership landscape of a global organisation.

The Director of Finance would report to the CFO and would lead a 30-member team of FP&A, Corporate Finance and have a seat at the table with the Executive Committee and investors. A new-age role, 30% of the position will be responsible for driving AI led transformation in the Finance function with the goal to make it a faster, agile and more accurate business unit, with an ability to better predict outcomes and higher quality decisions.
