This role will be based 15 minutes north of Stuttgart and the successful person will need to establish further guidelines and processes across the business to ensure effective and efficient HR operations with a focus on building a more tailored platform. This role will also have significant input into the regional leadership team and naturally into the global HR People Services team. Most importantly, he or she should add real value to HR, with a focus on business efficiencies and the operations, adding further value to the employee experience.
Subsequently, you will need to have relevant experience in HR Operations, ideally with good exposure to the full range of HR services and understanding of the social environment ideally across the DACH market. A diverse industry background is preferred as is some exposure to a technical and growth environment. You must know what great HR looks like, but also be able to help build and develop what is a fast gowing but small population. German language skills are preferred as well as fluent English. As a leader you will need to be agile and work in an environment where everything is not always clear so a self-starter by nature is important.
